Before booking a session, our terms & conditions must be reviewed and agreed upon. The agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Client") and Holistic Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse and Betrayal Trauma ("Holistic Recovery"), effective as of the date of acceptance of these terms.

Voluntary Participation

The Client enters into an agreement and fully acknowledges that they are scheduling a session (these sessions) of their own freewill and independent choice without influence from Holistic Recovery or anyone associated with Holistic Recovery. Additionally, the client affirms that they have not been coerced by anyone associated with Holistic Recovery to leave any other betrayal trauma recovery organization or healing from abuse organization, but rather, are using agentic choice to access the services provided by Holistic Recovery. Additionally, by accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to receive newsletters and other emailed information from Holistic Recovery. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Scope of Services

Holistic Recovery operates as a coaching platform, offering services aimed at assisting clients in navigating recovery from narcissistic abuse and betrayal trauma. It is expressly acknowledged that no therapy or counseling services are provided by Holistic Recovery. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Holistic Recovery does not offer, nor claim to provide legal or medical counsel or advice.

Indemnification

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Holistic Recovery shall not be held responsible for any actions or lack thereof on the part of the Client, resulting in pain, trauma, legal disputes, or any other damages. The Client hereby indemnifies and holds Holistic Recovery harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising from or related to participation in services provided by Holistic Recovery.

Release of Liability

By accepting these terms, the Client hereby releases Holistic Recovery from any and all liability for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from or related to the Client's participation in coaching sessions, meditation sessions, or any other service provided by Holistic Recovery.

Payment Terms

All sessions must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Sessions expire nine months from the date of purchase. Individual sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.

Payment Processing

Payment for Holistic Recovery services via this website is facilitated through Stripe and Acuity Scheduling. The Client agrees that Holistic Recovery shall not be held responsible for any security issues or financial difficulties arising from payment processing. Holistic Recovery does not store any financial information, and all financial information used for payment is encrypted and protected with SSL.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a session or sessions with Holistic Recovery, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Holistic Recovery and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written. Any modifications to the Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
